I hereby give my consent to Equirus Wealth Pvt. Ltd. to open my Demat and Trading Account and to fetch my details from KRA, Digilocker, OTP/e-KYC, or Biometric-based e-KYC. I voluntarily submit my Aadhaar (Aadhaar card/e-Aadhaar/Masked Aadhaar/Offline XML) issued by UIDAI as proof of identity/address for the said purpose, and understand that it will be used only for account opening/KYC compliance as per applicable laws. I confirm that the information furnished is true and correct and shall not hold the Broker responsible for any incorrect information provided by me.
